25 Xanax pills, 30 milliliters of methadone, 6 grams of marijuana, and 5.7 grams of magic mushrooms are now in the evidence room of the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department after a traffic stop last night in Bloomingdale. A deputy pulled over a car driven by 19-year-old Gage Trowbridge from the Kalamazoo area for several traffic violations on County Road 665 and a search of the car turned up the drugs. Trowbridge and his 19-year-old passenger from Hillsdale were arrested on several charges, including possession with intent to deliver for the methadone and Xanax. Trowbridge also had a pair of outstanding warrants for his arrest.
