An 18-year-old from Paw Paw who graduated from Portage Central High School this spring has been identified as the Western Michigan University student found dead in her dorm room on Saturday. WMU officials say Morgan Jusick was found unresponsive in her room in Henry Hall around 11 a.m. Paramedics were unable to revive her, and she was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the university, there were no signs of drugs or alcohol in her room. An autopsy and further tests this week will be done to try to determine the cause of Jusick’s death.
