Police are looking for two men believed to be from the Benton Harbor area for a home invasion in Covert Township yesterday afternoon. A third suspect was caught by the homeowner and will be arraigned today in South Haven. According to the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department, a relative of the homeowner fired several shots when they realized they were becoming crime victims shortly before 1 p.m. The suspect who was caught by the victims was taken to the South Haven Area Hospital for treatment of injuries he suffered trying to get away. One of the susects on the run is a white man who was wearing an orange or red shirt, while the second is a black man who was wearing a black T-shirt and camouflage shorts. Police have not released any more details on their descriptions.
