Michigan Gas Utilities says that it’s going be able to lower prices for residential customers over the next couple of months. Spokesperson Nick Krzeminski says that a reduction in the company’s natural gas recovery rate of about ten percent will mean savings for everyone.

Krzeminski says that the average home should see its bill go down by a couple of dollars. He expects the lower rate to remain in place through March of next year, unless there’s especially severe weather this winter.
