The department says deputies were called to the area of M-152 and Pleasant Street in Silver Creek Township that morning and learned 24-year-old Timothy Johnson had been struck by a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Now the sheriff’s department says the vehicle of interest is a 2010 to 2012 black Ford Taurus. It says the vehicle should have significant driver’s side damage.
