No one won the big Mega Millions jackpot Tuesday night, so Friday’s jackpot grows to $560 million dollars. It’s just the seventh time in the game’s 21 year history the jackpot has surged past $550 million. Meanwhile, tonight’s Powerball jackpot is $725 million. The Michigan Lottery’s Jake Harris says it’s a hot ticket.
“The only guarantee when it comes to lottery games is you can’t win if you don’t play,” Harris said. “So, if you want a chance to win, you’ve got to put down the two bucks and take a chance at winning that big prize.”
There were three $1 million winners Tuesday night. They were in California, Wisconsin, and South Dakota.
