The South Haven Chamber of Commerce has honored Mid-West Family’s own Paul Layendecker with its Lifetime Achievement Award. Paul received the honor Thursday night at the chamber’s annual awards dinner as more than 200 chamber members gave him a standing ovation. Paul is the morning host and operations manager for SuperHits 103.7 COSY FM in South Haven. He’s entertained listeners for 25 years and volunteered in the community. The chamber gives its Lifetime Achievement Award to a member who has supported the organization and the South Haven community across many lines and over many years. If you would like to congratulate Paul in person, you can pay him a visit this Saturday at the Family Dollar on Phillips Street in South Haven as he collects personal care items for those in need as part of Project Personal Care.
