In case anyone has been wondering if Halloween is still on, St. Joseph City Manager again let it be known that is a “yes.”
“Halloween is coming up on on Saturday. The traditional hours and Saint Joseph are 6 to 7:30,” said Hodgson at Monday’s city commission meeting. “I again encourage folks to to look at the guidelines that are put out by the Berrien County Health Department, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Disease Control, and please make sure to do what you can do to be safe about it.”
The hours are the same in neighboring cities and townships in the area.
