Michael Robert Prenkert, 34 of Three Oaks passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2020.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, Boyd Chapel with Reverend Jonathan Liebich officating. Friends may meet with the family at 10:00 am prior to the service. Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tribute Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942. Michael was born Wednesday, May 7, 1986 in St. Joseph the son of the Michael and Lisa (Hodder) Prenkert. Michael was a very caring person who loved life and most of all his three nieces. They called him “Eagle”. He enjoyed hunting, baseball and being the pitcher. Michael was very handy and working with his hands, making things and putting things together.
Michael is survived by his mother Lisa Prenkert; siblings: Holli (Jason) Wood and Tyler Prenkert; grandparents: Lucille Hodder and Alma Prenkert ; nieces: Isabella, Lillie and Ellie Wood and Mike’s best friend, Chas Potts.
He was also preceded in death by his father, Michael Allen Prenkert; his grandfathers and his faithful K9 companion, Gracie.
