Power is expected to be restored around 3 pm in South Haven. Indiana Michigan Power says a high-voltage line pole was broken this morning, and that disrupted service at two substations in the area. The entire city is currently without power.
Indiana Michigan Power’s outage map shows 11,278 customers in southwest Michigan and northern Indiana currently without service as of 1 p.m. There are 290 separate outages being worked on by crews.
