Flick Pick is a podcast about movies. In today’s episode, Jacob Holmes and Andrew Green discuss the new films playing in theaters this weekend. We’ve got two of them, and they’re both sequels.
First up is Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. It’s the new Disney picture featuring Angelina Jolie returning as the title character. She’s not very nice. Jacob will probably be there, although not exactly with enthusiasm.
The other new film is Zombieland: Double Tap. It’s the second Zombieland movie, featuring Woody Harrelson, Abigail Breslin, Emma Stone, and Jessie Eisenberg. Somehow, Bill Murray is also listed as being in this film, although we could swear he died in the last one. Anyway, this sequel adds a bunch of new characters as our heroes go on a road trip. They also occupy the White House at one point. Andrew will definitely be there.
Andrew and Jacob will also discuss the new movies they have most recently seen. For Andrew, it’s The Addams Family.
