St. Joseph Today is making preparations for this summer’s free concerts downtown. St. Joe Today Events Coordinator Daniele Crevier tells WSJM News there are two types of free summer concerts. They are the Wednesday afternoon Brown Bag Concerts at noon, and the Friday Night Concert Series at 7:30. All are held at the Howard Band Shell, and anyone can stop by to watch and listen.

“We just really enjoy it, and it’s a really beautiful way to experience downtown,” Crevier said.

The Brown Bag Wednesday concerts will start June 26, and the Friday night concerts start on June 21. Crevier says you can find the whole list of performers at St.JoeToday.com. She also notes the Saturday farmers markets along the bluff are now up and running. Featuring baked goods, fruits and vegetables, and more, the farmers markets are Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
