Freddie Stamp, 77 of Benton Township went home to be with the Lod April 28, 2019. A service celebrating his life will be held May 7 at the Red Arrow General Baptist Church. The visitation begins at 11 a.m. followed by the funeral at noon.
Freddie was born May 5, 1941 in Jonesboro, Ark. He loved farming, flower gardening, fishing, pheasant hunting, spending time with his grandchildren and watching movies with them.
Freddie is survived by his daughters, Tabitha (Danny) Beshires of Benton Township and Sherry (Ray) Mathew of Ash Flat, Ark; sons, Donnie Stamp of Watervliet and Rusty (Paula) Stamp of Goobertown, Ark.; 15 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Freddie is preceded in death by his mother, Annie Stamp; father, William Stamp; son, Anthony Stamp; 2 sisters; 3 brothers.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Robbins Brothers Funeral Home, Benton Harbor.
