An emergency road closure is in place in Berrien County. The Berrien County Road Department tells us Elm Valley Road between Wells Road and Boyle Lake Road in Buchanan Township has been shut down due to a collapsing culvert. A detour is in place. The road is expected to remain closed through next week while repairs are made to the culvert.
