A non-partisan forum will be held Saturday in South Haven to inform people about issues and separate fact from fiction to prepare for upcoming election. The Michigan Truth Tour will be at City Hall with their van and tent. The event is co-sponsored by the American Association of University Women-South Haven Branch, of which Lois Schwartz is a past president. She spoke with WSJM News about what’s planned.
“They’re going to give free voter guides to anybody who comes by the tent,” Schwart said. “They’re going to have interactive, fun civic games.”
The event will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a film entitled “Michigan Divided.” That starts at 1 p.m. in South Haven City Hall.
