A gathering will be held this week in Benton Harbor for the public to learn more about plans for the development of Dwight P Mitchell City Center Park. The final PlacePlans for the park will be unveiled at The Livery on Thursday from six to eight pm. On hand will be officials from the city, as well as representatives of the Michigan Municipal League and Michigan State University, who have helped in the planning for the park. Those who attend will see a presentation to include a project overview, an updated design presentation, and information on how supporters can get involved in City Center Park’s future. Light appetizers and beer specials will also be offered.
