Homeowners could qualify for money from the federal stimulus package to weatherize their homes under a new program with the Southwest Michigan Community Action Agency. Executive Director Art Fenrick says that three million dollars is coming to the organization over three years, and that'll go to qualifying residents in Berrien, Van Buren, and Cass Counties:
