An ambulance service in Coloma got a flood of calls this week when its phone number was accidentally aired on the cable channel, The Cartoon Network, during a promotional giveaway. WNDU reports that on Wednesday night, Cartoon Network was giving away a Dodge Charger during its show, Ben Ten. However, it somehow posted the wrong toll-free number, instead showing viewers the number to Coloma's CEMS Medical Transport service. Dispatchers told WNDU that they received almost one-thousand calls that night, when the usual number is more like 60. The ambulance service tried calling Cartoon Network to get their number off the air, but couldn't get ahold of anyone.
