A 71 year old Lawrence woman is lucky to be alive this morning after a shooting at the Red Arrow Bar in Lawrence late Saturday night. Other bar patrons told Van Buren County Sheriff's deputies that a 32 year old man from the Covert area was harassing some ladies at the bar, the 71 year-old stepped in to try to calm the situation, but he pulled a revolver out of his waste band and pointed it at her. Witnesses grabbed him and the gun and he ended up blowing a hole in the ceiling. He was kicked out of the bar and took off. Police are still looking for him.
