Probation for a 74 year-old Galien man accused of charging at his neighbor with a tractor. The South Bend Tribune reports that Judson Richard Clark had been feuding with neighbor Randall Chudzicki over a property boundary in Weesaw Township when the June fifth incident occurred. Chudzicki suffered a bruised arm in the attack, and he told Berrien County Judge Scott Schofield at Monday's sentencing that he felt threatened just having Clark around. Clark was sentenced to three years' probation, 90 days of which must be served on a tether. Additionally, he'll have to pay almost 18-hundred dollars in fines, and stay away from Chudzicki's property. Judge Schofield also scolded the men for failing to resolve their dispute in a more civilized manner.
