nbsp; 42 year old Raymond Joseph-Lee Hulben of Niles is being held on 100,000 dollar bond in the Cass county jail for producing child sexually abusive materials.
Hulben who was turned in to police by his live in girl friend is being charged with four counts of pornography. The girl friend notified police had Hulben had down loaded to his computer videos of children being raped in other countries. She and her two children got out of the house and called police. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday and if convicted Hulben possibly could face 20 years in prison and 400,000 dollars in fines.
