Hartford's "Concerts in the Park" starts Thursday at Harford Ely Park. The Tri-City Record reports "The Kelly Jay Band" will play at 7:00 p.m. The swing band opens a season of concerts every Thursday until August 31st. The event is sponsored by Hartford Harding's Market, Indiana Michigan Power, the Hartford Chamber of Commerce and many other businesses. Bring a lawn chair, a blanket or even a picnic basket.
