For County Commissioner, Republican Jon Hinkleman wins the 2nd District, Don Ryman wins the 10th District by 154 votes and Democrat John Klimek beats Scott Clark for the 13th District seat.
St. Joe Township voters said yes to the Fire Department millage 2154 - 1952.

In Buchanan, the Dial-A-Ride Proposal passed. Warren Weaver and Patricia Moore win the 2 City Commission seats.
The Roads proposal in Grand Beach Village was defeated.
In New Buffalo Township Rosanne Dudiak (D) beats Roland Oselka for Township Supervisor. Paul Oselka beats Jusith Zabicky by 2 votes for the Clerk's position.
In the Niles Township Clerk's race Marge Durm Hiatt (D) beat Republican Patricia Legatt by just under 1000 votes.
The Township also gave a thumbs up to their Sheriff's Protection proposal.
Republican Kathy Trail beat Democrat Sandra Blackburn Gonzalez for Pipestone Township Clerk. Robert Bishop and Judy Renbarger prevail in the race for Pipestone Township Trustee.
In the Village of 3 Oaks David Grosse wins Village President. 3 Positions up for grabs on the 3 Oaks Village Council. They were won by Cheryl Capiak, Bill Whittaker and John Pappa.
The 3 Oaks Township Library board seat was won by Saron Peterson Flick from a field of 12!
Weesaw Township boters said yes to their Ambulance Millage and a loud no (841-142) to the proposed Administration Building Millage.
In Watervliet Township Vick Kinzler, Joe Matthews, Joe Stepich and Bob Wallace take the 4 available trustee seats.
