All eyes were on Sarah Palin Thursday night for her debate with Joe Biden. Some had expected -- and even hoped -- the Alaska Governor would be outclassed by the Delaware Senator, but by the end of the night, many Republicans praised her performance. Among them is Congressman Fred Upton, who says that he was pleased with Palin's showing:
Upton has been a longtime supporter of Senator John McCain in the presidential race. Regarding McCain's recent decision to all-but give up on winning in Michigan, Upton said he holds out hope that things can still turn around for the Arizona Senator in this state.
