Democratic Congressional hopeful Don Cooney will be in Saint Joseph tomorrow. The Kalamazoo City Commissioner says he plans on talking about how to protect Michigan's most valuable natural resource.
Cooney will be joined by a representative from Clean Water Action; an environmental advocacy group that recently endorsed Cooney. Cooney will make his address tomorrow at the Silver Beach pier.
