Democratic Congressional candidate Don Cooney is hosting a forum later this month on energy policy. The event will feature speakers including a representative of Al Gore's "We Can Solve It" campaign, and others who back alternative energy. Cooney says that opponent Fred Upton's calls for more oil drilling are misguided:
He says the long-term energy solution lies in things like wind. The forum is to be held August 26th at the Kalamazoo Public Library.
