Pinkney Could Face Election Problems




Edward Pinkney may be the Green Party's candidate for Congress, but that doesn't mean he'll be able to take office if elected. Michigan election law says if your elected and a convicted felon, the election doesn't count. But the Green Party's 9th District candidate Douglas Campbell says the state law contradicts with federal law and doesn't provide clear jurisdictions.
