ISIS Concerns Upton

Congressman Fred Upton is among those growing more concerned about the threat posed by Islamic militants in Iraq and Syria. President Obama said Thursday the U.S. doesn't yet have a strategy developed on ISIS, which troubles the St. Joseph Republican.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters Friday that the President met with his national security council immediately after saying that there wasn't a firm strategy on dealing witih ISIS.

Upton noted some of the only good news out of Iraq in recent weeks was the resignation of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
