If you're a Bob Dylan fan, you're going to want to stop in to the South Haven Center for the Arts starting this weekend. They will have an exhibit featuring rare photos of the music legend taken in 1964 on display from July 26 through September 7. The photos were taken by artist Douglas Gilbert of Ferrysburg, who was assigned to cover Dylan over a two-week period for LOOK magazine 50 years ago. He snapped the pictures of Dylan in Greenwich Village, the Newport Folk Music Festival and at the singer's home in Woodstock, New York years before the famous Woodstock concert. The South Haven Center for the Arts is open 10 am to 4 pm during the week and 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Gilbert will attend a reception to open the exhibit Saturday from 2 to 4 pm.
