Upton Challenger Wants Greater Enforcement Of Immigration Laws

The challenger to Congressman Fred Upton in the upcoming August primary election is speaking out for stronger enforcement of current immigration laws. Jim Bussler spoke Thursday at the Berrien County TEA Party Patriots Candidate Forum.

He's not calling for more rights than illegal immigrants. He just wants the same rights.

The congressman wasn't able to attend. But his campaign manager Tom Wilbur gave us this statement.

Upton and the rest of Congress had about two-dozen votes scheduled Thursday in Washington.
