A local lawmaker encourages residents to attend a town hall to hear about efforts being made regarding odors from an area landfill. State Representative Al Pscholka is reminding residents of the open forum town hall set for Thursday. He says anyone affected should attend "to find out what the stakeholders in this issue are doing, and have done, to minimize the problem and ensure that moving forward the Coloma-Watervliet communities have the quality of life they deserve." The 7 p.m. town hall will discuss odors from the Orchard Hill landfill. It's being hosted at the North Berrien Senior Center on Ryno Road in Coloma.
