The 75th Senior PGA Championship is fast approaching at Harbor Shores. The PGA will hold its media day on Thursday, with a fireside chat in the early afternoon with defending champion Kohki Idoki of Japan. He will be speaking to reporters at 1 p.m. after a round of golf in the morning about the upcoming tournament, set for May 22-25 in Benton Harbor. Idoki will also tee off later in the day from a platform built on the roof of the new Inn at Harbor Shores, firing a golf ball toward the course. Tickets for the Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid are on sale now through the PGA and Harbor Shores. A weekly grounds ticket costs $100, with daily tickets for Thursday through Sunday ranging between $15 and $30. Daily tickets to the 19th hole, which is an upgraded ticket pavilion, are selling from $45 to $60. Roger Chapman won the tournament two years ago, the first time it was played at Harbor Shores.
