Former Constantine Police Department reserve officer Raymond McCann is facing a perjury charge in connection to the murder of 11-year-old Jodi Parrack in 2007. She disappeared November 7, 2007 and her body was found that night in the Constantine Township cemetery. McCann has been classified as a "person of interest" by the Michigan State Police Cold Case Team. The perjury charge he faces carries a sentence of up to life in prison if he's convicted. McCann was suspended from his job with the Constantine Police Department at the time of Parrack's death, and he later resigned. She was in fifth grade at Riverside Elementary School when her life ended, and the case has gone unsolved for over six years.
