Eastbound I-94 is again open after two closures Thursday. Michigan State Police say blizzard-like conditions and icy roadways caused a pileup at 10 a.m. near the Hartford Exit. The crash involved five semis, four passenger cars and one Indian Trails charter bus. The crash closed the highway for over four-hours. A school bus was called in to transport the passengers of the charter bus. That bus's driver sustained moderate injuries and eight passengers were treated for minor injuries. Another delay happened near Decatur, that one blocked eastbound lanes for three-hours beginning at 11:30 a.m. No injuries were reported there, it was caused by two jackknifed semis.
