Congressman Upton Troubled By Obama's Talk Of Skirting Congress

President Obama goes before a joint session of Congress tonight for his State of the Union address. Congressman Fred Upton is troubled by what he's heard coming out of the White House in recent days leading up to the speech.

Upton noted President Reagan got plenty accomplished despite being a Republican President with Democrats in control of both the House and Senate. He says the compromises made by both sides in the 1980s made the country feel more secure about what was going on.
