City Commission Wants Outside Help Regarding The Karrington Penny Case

Benton Harbor City Commissioners want outside help in solving the mysterious death of 18-year old Karrington Penny. A resolution, passed Tuesday night, calls for the Michigan State Police, FBI or another entity to work on the case. Commissioner Marcus Muhammad says the investigation is far from over.

Penny's body was found unresponsive in the snow New Year's Day in Benton Harbor. His death was ruled accidental with no foul play. Earlier that night, Penny was allegedly at a party in Benton Township where an adult was serving alcohol to minors. Here's Commissioner Ruthie Harralson.

The resolution passed with unanimous support.
