Frank Consolino is out of the race for mayor in South Haven, but it's too late to change the ballots. Consolino withdrew from the contest within the past week after questions were raised over whether or not he lived in the city limits and stress on his family. He is also going to be sentenced today for a drug conviction, and any jail time would have made him ineligible to serve as mayor. The development means Bob Burr will be reelected as South Haven mayor.
