Marcus Muhammad Wants To Hear New Ideas For Revenue Growth

Benton Harbor City Commissioner Marcus Muhammad says the Mayor's State of the City Address put him in a Twilight Zone mindset. The speech reminded him of the Joseph Harris days, when the former emergency manager predicted surpluses, but rather left the city with only a few thousand dollars in the bank when he left.

Muhammad said he attended the address to hear new ideas to generating more revenue, but in the end, was left with none.
