The state has suspended the license of a Niles doctor following his guilty plea last month to three charges. Dr. Paul Miluk pled guilty to attempted controlled substance delivery to commit criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, and false report of a felony. He will be sentenced on Monday for the crimes. The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs suspended his license to practice osteopathic medicine on July 17, and announced the suspension on Wednesday.
