He will remain on the job until the trial, but Covert Township's Department of Public Works supervisor could head to prison for at least 25 years if he's found guilty of three charges of criminal sexual conduct. Joseph Wioskowski is accused of allegedly molesting a nine-year-old female relative over a year and a half. The "South Haven Tribune" reports he is due in court for a preliminary hearing on August 14. Covert Township Supervisor Barbara Rose says the township board has voted to keep Wioskowski on the job until the legal process plays out. She says if he's found guilty, he'll be fired, but until then they are presuming innocence and are "shocked" by the allegations. Wioskowski posted bail last month following his arrest and was in court Monday for a pre-trial conference.
