State Representative Al Pscholka has his eyes set on the top leadership position in the Michigan House in 2015. The Stevensville Republican says on this week's public television show "Off The Record" that he'd like to be the next Speaker of the Michigan House, assuming he's re-elected in 2014 and Republcians hold their majority. Pscholka isn't, however the only local Representative interested in the position. Aric Nesbitt of Lawton is also considering running for it if voters send him back for another term and the GOP majority holds. Pscholka said it's too early for anyone to officially announce they're planning to run for Speaker. The spot is currently held by Jase Bolger of Marshall, who is in his last term in the House due to term limits. "Off The Record" airs on WNIT TV out of South Bend at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
