A group of U.S. Congressman are coming together to dissect and update the Endangered Species Act. Congressman Bill Huisenga joined other House Republicans to create the ESA Working Group. Throughout the year they'll hold a series of events, forums and hearings to discuss and receive input on way to boost the effectiveness of the ESA for both people and species. Huizenga says "it's extremely important to represent the abundance of natural resources in Michigan, the ESA impacts a variety of aspects in our state." The Working Group is made up of 13 members of Congress.
