The days of March 24 through the 30th are being proclaimed as STEM Awareness Week by the Michigan Senate. Senate Resolution 23, co-sponsored by Senator John Proos, is supporting education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Proos says every Southwest Michigan student deserves an education that prepares them for a successful career and for many children that means a curriculum focused on science, technology, engineering and math.
