St. Joseph High School is on the hunt for a new varsity girls' basketball coach. Jeff Wallace is leaving for a job in Indianapolis after spending six seasons guiding the Lady Bears. He will be coaching at St. John Lutheran School in the Circle City.
Under Wallace, the St. Joseph girls went 83-52 with three district titles and one conference championship. In the 2011-12 school year, they posted a 20-0 regular season. The Lady Bears this year were 16-5 and lost in the district semifinals to Mattawan.
