Plane Crash In South Bend Kills Two

The Federal Aviation Administration says two people have died from a plane crash in South Bend, and several others were hurt. A small jet crashed into several homes Sunday afternoon while on approach to the South Bend Regional Airport. The FAA says the two that died were in the plane. Four people were on board the jet when it went down. The neighborhood where the aircraft went down has been evacuated until sometime this morning at the earliest. There had been initial reports that the crash had claimed four lives.
