Man Pleads Guilty in Drunken Crash that Killed Woman_ Two Toddlers

After driving drunk then smashing head-on into another car where three people died, David Johnson has reached a deal with prosecutors. The 32-year old will serve at least 19-1/2 year in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree murder and drunken driving causing death. The crash happened November 13, in Geneva Township. The driver of the other car, 24-year old Brittney King and her two passengers 2-year old Kandice Berryhill and 4-year old Cassadi Berryhill, were killed. Johnson's BAC was measured at four times the legal limit at the time of the crash, his sentencing will be the April 9.
