Learn Hunting Safety Tips at an Upcoming Safety Course

Hunters looking to become better acquainted with staying safe while hunting are invited later this month to attend the Wolf Lake State Fish Hatchery Visitor Center for a hunter safety course. Class dates at March 22, 6:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. and March 23, 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. Space is limited to 30 people, there is an age requirement of eight years and older. It cost $10 to attend, lunch and materials will be provided. Mike Creager with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources will be instructing proper use of firearms, rules and regulations during seasons her in Michigan. Registration is first come first serve.
