An 18-year old student who allegedly threatened to bomb the South Haven High School Friday morning is facing criminal charges. The name of the female student is not being released until after he arraignment. South Haven Police tell the "Herald-Palladium" they are still determining the exact charges. The cause of the threat stemmed from the girl trying to retrieve her cell phone from a teacher that had taken it from her on Thursday. When she was told it wouldn't be returned until the end of the day, she stormed out of the school to her car, that's when the threat was made. For safety measures the school was "locked down" for an hour until the girl was located. The police determined the threat was not credible.
