A Cass County family is turning their son over to authorities for hoarding to many animals. 29-year Robert Archer, a special needs student who still lives with his parents, was holding roughly 180 animals in a house and on a small farm in Cassopolis. Archer was arrested for resisting arrest and obstruction of justice. News gathering partners at WNDU report Cass County Animal Control worked with the parents to take the animals away. Animal Control worked with eight other rescue organizations to handle the matter.
