As the investigation continues into a plane crash that happened Saturday in Niles Township, WSJM News is talking with the Director of Southwest Michigan Regional Airport Lee Scherwitz, about ultra-light planes, the same type of plane that crashed. Scherwitz says ultra-light's don't have much to them.

Scherwitz describe the plane as a "small sport aircraft," which doesn't go great distances. On Saturday 50-year old Christopher McKenna of Elkhart died when he crashed into a wooded area, just north of Downtown Niles, while testing an antenna.
